Cutomer Testimonials & Reviews

Here's what Dana Gross and Nancy Rhodes of the leanmeanswingmachineblogspot.com have to say about us:

"She carries a beautiful selection of dress fabrics. I saw some B. Black wool, silks, sweater knits, high-quality poly blends and cottons (quilting weight), shirtings, and slinky. The fabrics are grouped by color making it easy to put a whole wardrobe together."

"You MUST SEE THE BUTTONS! I wish I could have taken a picture because it's not just a different line of buttons, there are all sorts of unique closures small to large that would really make a statement."

"If you check on the weekly specials tab on the website, she has a 20% off coupon for select items every week"

"I'm so excited to find what we all miss - a local fabric store that has everything you need for almost every type of sewing. If you live in the Cleveland area and haven't shopped here, I highly recommend you set aside some time to visit."

"I have taken classes here with both Jan Bones and with Louise Cutting... Had a great time with some wonderful gals, not to mention the A++++ hands-on instruction from LC and JB. Nice to see a local to me store reviewed. In June I am doing the paper tape dress form thing. Any chance you might be there? I will go ditto ditto ditto on the buttons. Many unique offerings. Lovely store and very helpful owner & staff."

"Janie's Sewing Corner is one of my all time favorite fabric/sewing shops. The friendly atmosphere and sewing help is a terrific plus to the wonderful fabrics. Janie understands that not everyone who sews at home needs lots of 4-ply silk!! My lifestyle is more like wash and wear, but I do look for a bit of sophistication also. She hits the mark just right."
